Definitions

Streaming Platform
The following terms specifically apply to Starlight Dance's streaming service, which requires an active subscription for access to content such as past productions:
Subscription and Payment: Subscription fees are due in advance and are non-refundable, except as expressly provided in this Agreement or required by applicable law.
Payment Processing Issues: In the event of a payment failure, Starlight Dance reserves the right to restrict or suspend your access to the Services until the payment issue is resolved.
Content Usage Restrictions: The digital content provided through our streaming platform is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Users are strictly prohibited from copying, recording, sharing, or distributing this content without the express written consent of Starlight Dance.
Service Termination: Starlight Dance reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to the streaming service at our discretion. In the event of termination by Starlight Dance while you have an active subscription, your subscription will be cancelled, but no refund will be provided for payments already processed, unless required by applicable law.
Intellectual Property
All content provided through our Services, including but not limited to videos, images, music, and text, is the property of Starlight Dance or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this agreement. User-Generated Content

Liability Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Starlight Dance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
Account Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. Users agree to notify Starlight Dance immediately of any unauthorized use of their account or any other breach of security.
Prohibited Activities
Users agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
- Impersonating any person or entity
- Interfering with or disrupting the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services
- Using the Services for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from Starlight Dance

Miscellaneous Provisions
Governing Law: This User Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Modifications to User Agreement: Starlight Dance reserves the right to modify this User Agreement at any time. We will notify existing users via email of any material changes to this Agreement. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Electronic Communications: You agree that all communications relating to your account (including but not limited to payment authorizations, invoices, password changes, confirmation messages, and notices) will be provided electronically, typically via email to the address you provided during registration.
Acceptance of Terms
By using the Services provided by Starlight Dance, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this User Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.
