Our Senior Dance Company is an advanced, high-energy, professional standard dance and musical theatre troupe. Our senior dancers are given endless opportunities to perform in production shows, music videos, regional, national and international events. Our international award-winning seniors are pushed to achieve their potential and the class is fun, fast-paced, challenging and a great way to improve technique, performance skills and build a fantastic professional performance portfolio which gives the dancers a sense of accomplishment and achievement.

These classes provide advanced training for people with a serious passion for dance and teaches choreography which primarily focuses around commercial dance but also incorporates a wide range of dance styles and techniques including Jazz, Modern, Contemporary, Street and Hip Hop.

Our Senior Dance Company Alumni have performed in many professional West End shows, Disneyland contracts, on cruise ships and world tours. Our Senior Dance Company are often contracted to perform in various professional engagements and have worked with various pop artists such as Jessy J, B*Witched, Lolly, Aaron Renfree and Tinie Tempah. Our dancers have gone onto to train at some of the countries biggest and best dance colleges including Urdang, Laine Theatre Arts, Italia Conti, Bird, Tring, ArtsED and Performers College.

The benefits of taking a class at this level are confidence, cardiovascular health, mental wellbeing, creativity, perseverance, co-ordination, posture and muscle strength. Alongside all the health / wellbeing benefits of dance, being part of our Senior Dance Company teaches the dancers both life skills and social skills. This level of training gives our dancers a solid foundation for a career in the dance industry.

Our Senior Dance Company begins with our Freshman, which is the first of two stages at this level. This prepares the dancers and gives an insight as to what is expected of them in preparation for the next stage: Sophomore.
